SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Your credit card will be charged upon submission of order.

Orders will be fulfilled as follows:

Stored Value: Stored Value orders on CharlieCards will be shipped within 2 business days of your order. Please allow an additional three days for standard delivery option.

Monthly Passes: Next month's passes are available for sale on the 15^th of the preceding month. If you order before the 25^th of the month, your pass will be delivered prior to the end of the preceding pass month. June orders will be packaged and shipped between the 23^rd and 25^th of May. Allow an additional three days for delivery. May monthly passes are no longer available online.

Commuter Rail Multi-Ride Tickets: Multi-Ride ticket orders will be shipped within 2 business days.

Questions regarding passes not received by the last day of the month, should be directed to Charlie Card Customer Service via e-mail or telephone at 1-888-844-0355.

All returns must be received, by the 5th. Credit adjustments will not be made without a signed receipt or for passes received after the 5th of the month. The MBTA is not responsible for passes lost via US Mail.

CREDIT CARD ADJUSTMENTS:

Please be advised that any adjustment will be promptly processed to your credit card.

Your credit card company may take up to two billing cycles to properly record the adjustment to your card.

Please call your credit card company for any questions regarding any adjustments.

TRANSACTION SECURITY

Orders are processed through a secured server using encryption software. All of your information including credit card number, name, and address will be encrypted as the information travels over the Internet. Your credit card numbers are processed by a third party credit card vendor. Please note that your credit card will be charged upon submission of order.
